This premium insulated bakeware has 100% aluminum construction that promotes even baking and will not rust, ensuring long-lasting use for all your baking needs. It is crafted of two heavyweight aluminum sheets that surround a layer of air which reduces the temperature of the metal coming in contact with the food. This ensures that the food is heated evenly all around. Air Bake® Ultra™ uses new Micro-Dome™ technology to decrease bake times by up to 15% over traditional insulated bakeware, providing overall enhanced baking performance including moister results, better browning and no burning. I LOVE these pans! They bake a perfect cake everytime! Price is also in line. Only one warning. Only use them for baking baked goods, or you'll pit the pans and ruin them.

Air bake not what it used to be
A friend lost my old airbake in our school's lounge (well, someone actually stole the pan) and so I had to replace it with this new one. The new one is not nearly as sturdy feeling, it feels flimsey...also the design has changed a bit and now cakes won't stack right on top of one another for decorating. IM SAD...I want my old pan back!

Air Bake Ultra Covered Cake Pan
I have owned this pan for over 10 years and lost it when we lost our home in a fire. This is definately an item that MUST be replaced. Everything is super moist when baked in this pan. When I make somethinng to send to someone's home, I do not send this pan.

Great baking pan
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas online. Was I the hit! She had had one and accidentally melted the lid to the pan. This pan is wonderful and things baked in it stay moister than in any other pan! Also, it doesn't rust!!
