Good product while it works!!!!!
First air - 0 - swiss product lasted 1 year. Purchased again and it only worked for a few months. Can I return to the store for refund or replacement?

horrible quality and non-existent customer service
ordered this in mid-january, and by mid February it stopped working. stopped producing mist, and motor is loud. I have tried contacting air-o-swiss via e-mail twice and have received no response, not even an acknowledgement of my complaint. Some friends of mine were going to order this item after seeing mine, but they definitely aren't going to now. will be returning to BBB for refund, and will not buy another Air-o-swiss product again.

Works a charm
This item works well for my intended use which was to keep a small area very humid. Well designed and easy to use.

Great as long as it works
This is a great humidifier while it works, creating an amazing amount of humidity with virtually no noise, but it will not last very long.
I purchased one in January 2011. It was outstanding until it stopped creating mist after 3 months use. I suspect the oscillator no longer works with enough power to vaporize the water.
I purchased another in March 2012, which was used only through April as we had an early spring. I resumed use in November, and the unitl failed this week - mid January 2013.
These units seem designed for light rather than continuous use.
