Looks Great
This counter stool looks great and was very easy to assemble. It arrived quickly and in great condition. Problem with it is that it's a little tipsy. When no one is sitting on it, it's pretty easy to dump over backwards. Drape a jacket over the back, and when you pull the jacket off, the chair is likely to fall backwards to the floor. If our kitten jumps off the chair forward, the chair tips over backwards. When one is sitting on them, these stools are sturdy and stable.
We got these stools with back support to make them more comfortable to sit on, but I find I don't lean back in the chair and so don't use the back rest at all. If I were starting over, I'd probably buy 'backless' stools. Live and learn, but we're keeping these.

Very Nice Surprise
I was shopping online for a counter stool but was afraid of spending so much money on something without seeing it in person. I bought this one from Bed Bath & Beyond just because if we didn't like it, I could return it to a local store and not have to pay return shipping. But we really like it! It looks nice and seems well-built and sturdy. Bed Bath & Beyond was very quick to ship it, and we got it in no time at all. The whole experience was great.
