Scratches and poor heat
Pan does not heat evenly there are hot spots in the pan. And on the first use using plastic utensils it left scratches. This was a gift and one that I was really looking forward to using a big disapointment.

Love it
It's large enough to saute meat for a family without crowding the pan. Washes easily, as if it were a non-stick pan (I always hand wash it). I use it all the time.
