Genie Bra™ Seamless Lace Bras
Breast cancer survivor review
These bras are excellent for women who have had surgeries/lumpectomies and partial mastectomies. The entire bra is very adaptable to the variations in size and shape that we patients usually have post surgery. These are also an excellent value & very affordable for patients who are usually on a tight budget.
My only concerns are that 1) the sizing is WAY off. I wear a size ten/med - lg shirt and must buy a size 2X bra! and 2) the cups are not permanently in place and must be shifted around after washing.
These bras are the best thing I have found since surgery and the only ones I now wear. The other bras by this company in white/black are a different, softer material and not as supportive.

Runs big yet cups too small
I own 2 others like this that I bought in person at a retail store and they fit much better in the same size. The cut on this version is inaccurate to the size. I probably won't buy these online again.

Not as good as the original
This new version of the Genie bra is awful. It does not give any support at all. And the pads move around all day and don't stay in place to cover you. I was very disappointed.

I have been buying the beige and black Genie Bras for years and have recently purchased these white & black Genie Bras. My initial response is that the material is pleasingly softer than the other bras, but is also much more stretchy and much less supportive as well. I wanted the white color as a wardrobe option but need the support far more. I do not plan to purchase these in the future unless there are changes made to make them more suitable for my needs.

As a double breast cancer survivor, it is difficult to find any bra that now fits well. The Genie is forgiving and can shape to uneven body contours and supports quite well without underwires. It has a thin pad in the cup for modesty and to even up from lumpectomies /partial mastectomies. I have been wearing them for 2 years and have found nothing else works as well. They are also reasonably priced.
On the downside, which is why I give 4 rather than 5 stars, they are terribly sized. I am a dress size of 10-12 but need a 2X sized Genie Bra! Also the band under-neath tends to roll up as the bra is worn- getting worse with time. They can be washed and dried in a lingerie bag though the cup lining gets twisted, and sometimes comes out of the bra. But it can be straightened and put back in fairly easily. I recently bought more of the bras after trying other brands, but these are still better than anything else I have found for my health situation. Be prepared to have to search a bit for the proper size but well worth the time.

Already returned it.
The price was too good to be true, so I guess you really get what you pay for. I didn't like anything about it. The idea is great, but there was not enough support, the bottom band rolled up, and I would prefer the girls stay in the front, not under my arms. Sorry, but I won't be buying another one!

If you have to wear a bra, wear a Genie.
This is the most comfortable bra I've ever worn, and I particularly like this style because of the top lace. If your blouse doesn't quite cover the top of the bra, the lace provides an accent to your outfit; if you're concerned that the lace will ruin the smooth contour under your form-fitting sweaters and blouses that Genies are famous for, don't be. The pads are removable for laundering. However, I've found that the bra's support is sufficient such that I don't need the padding at all (I wear a 34 C bra--a medium Genie). I wish the lace-tops came in the variety of colors that the regular Genie does!
