AVENT Soothie Pacifier (2-Pack)
I came home with the gumdrop pacifier from the hospital, I thought those were great until I tried these when the other one fell on the floor. My daughter is 5lbs 12oz and handles these like a champ. She can hold them in her mouth by herself and it's very soothing for her. Definitely running to buy more!

Hospital brand pacifier
I registered for these as I heard they were the same as the brand provided by the hospital. We actually did not get a pacifier from the hospital. Our newborn daughter doesn't seem to like these - prefers the NUK brand.

I bought others that were tested for orthodontic use, but this is the one that they use in the hospital and the ONLY one that my son will use.

He love it!
We got one of these from the hospital when my son was born. He doesn't always want a pacifier, but when he does he loves this one better than any other type. And the smiley face embossed on the base just makes it cute.

Not very happy
I have to take this away from my son now. He keeps trying to put the whole pacifier in his mouth I'm afraid he might choke on it. He is not going to be a happy camper.

These are the only pacifiers our daughter will keep in her mouth. They are the same as the one they gave us in the hospital.
The only down fall is that you can not use the clips to attached the pacifier to an object. So we lose pacifiers all the time.

if you must use one, use this one
I'm not a big fan of the pacifier, but if you must use one - use this one, especially if you are breastfeeding. This type is recommending because it's straight and round where other pacifiers are more flat and promote your baby flattening you out as well. It's ugly, but it works!
