Best vacuum I've ever owned!
I've had everything from Hoover to Oreck.....none compare to this shark. I have tile and hardwood floors with rugs laying all around the house....this vacuum makes cleaning smooth and easy without having to lean over and adjust height....it goes from one surface to another with ease. It doesn't miss a thing. I have a grandchild and 2 pets. Cleaning is a constant need. I wouldn't trade this shark for anything else. Light and easy to maneuver.

Boy...did I underestimate this vacuum! I LOVE IT!
I have literally hemmed and hawed over buying a vacuum for 3 about years...and finally, today...I woke up and said, I'm buying a vacuum!!! I went online, started researching (having my mind set on a Dyson) and low and behold, I ran into one 4-5 star review after another on the Shark vacuums...needless to say, I was STUNNED. I had pretty much categorized Shark to be in the same boat as Dirt Devil...junk! I am here to tell you that the $200 I spent today for this appliance is by far the best $200 I've spent on anything in a looooooooong time! The 5 yr. warranty doesn't hurt either...in 5 years; if I still have this thing...it will have paid for itself 10 fold!! I literally got it home (purch. for $199 at BBB w/ 20% coupon) popped it together in like 5 min. and cleaned for probably 3 hrs. (not even realizing that much time passed) and must have said to myself 20 times "I LOVE THIS VACUUM". I really have NO "Cons" on this vacuum, but will agree with other reviewers comments regarding the "topple over" point. It did happen a few times to me today, but becuz this vacuum is so lightweight, it was so not a big deal at all. The caddy cart that comes with it is so great...have I mentioned how much I LOVE this vacuum??? LOL!!! The only con I have...and this is barely a con...is the cord. It's located on the right side of the machine and more than once I found that I was stepping on it or feeling like it was just in the wrong place. Other than that......I would HIGHLY recommend this vacuum to anyone who's looking to buy a vacuum!! I live in a small apt. in downtown Chicago so there's not a ton of space for me to vacuum. That being said, I did have to empty the canister 3x today. I have mostly hard wood floors, carpet in my bedroom and a large wool area rug in my living room (I swear this thing is alive with the amount of shedding it does) but I could not have been more pleased with the overall outcome of using this vacuum. I did try to use all of the attachments so I could get a feel for them, and again, I was really pleased with all of them. I do not have any animals, other than my wool rug...lol...Give this vacuum a chance, make the purchase...I'd be shocked if you were disappointed!!

Great Vacuum
Love this vacuum-excellent suction-much quieter than my previous vacuum. Only con is that it can be a little tippy-but overall-fantastic

LIght and easy to use
This vacuum was a good choice vs. my old heavy vacuum - it's light and moves around very well. It also comes with a lot of good attachments. I also really like the light on the front of it - that really helps!
