Great pan
Perfect for tortillas; heats evenly, easy to clean.

Solid pan
I bought this pan to replace another griddle that had warped and cooked with hot spots. This is a very sturdy pan that cooks evenly and is great for tortillas! It's expensive but worth the price compared to other more flimsy pans.
