This heated cat bed has a 4-watt dual thermostat heating unit buried deep within its thick, super soft, polyfill pillow base. It warms the surface 10-15 degrees above ambient air temperature to equal your cat's normal body temperature when in use.

The cat bed is constructed pretty good...my cat loves it but there are a few things I'd change. The bottom padding should have more stuffing and the material shrunk a bit in the dryer. Other than that it's worth the money paid.
