Bad service, bad product
This lamp arrived TWICE missing the marble base. It took hours on the phone, a half dozen customer service reps through phone and email, and about two months to get my money back. They insinuated it was my fault the base was gone (stolen?) and tried to insist I haul this gigantic, heavy thing to a BBB store myself -- instead of arranging for a timely pick up. Save yourself time and grief and skip this lamp.
P.S. This is the second time I have tried to post a review. I had wondered why there weren't more on the site. Now I know -- they only approve the positive ones. How sad and dishonest for longtime BBB customers, like myself, who want to be smart shoppers.
