not worth the money
i was excited to buy this, first it doesnt come with the solution for the sonic cleaner, then the output on the steamer is so strong it left my counter drenched, had to put a towel down and towel was soaked. coudnt use the tweezers to hold jewelry because steam was too strong and didnt get very clean in basket. very dissapointed. took it back. just upset i didnt get my shipping cost back

The Best Engagement Present Ever
Of all the engagement gifts my family and friend's gave us, I am enjoying this amazing jewelry cleaner the most! It cleans my jewelry just like my jeweler would and I can clean my engagement ring, diamond ear studs and diamond drop necklace from the convenience of my home every day before work! I get so many compliments wearing sparkling jewelry all the time, I just love it!
