Not enough flavor
I was disappointed in this product. Even using the "strong" setting, the drink did not have enough flavor. It definitely did not taste like dark chocolate. It was drinkable after I added flavored creamer but without it, the cocoa was watery. This is the first Vue pack flavor in which I have been disappointed.

YUMMY! I will admit that I add 2 teaspoons of powdered milk to each cup.............and marshmallows, of course.
