Machine Washable? Perhaps not.
As I suffer from allergies and tend to prefer to be cooler as I sleep I was excited to see this product. The concept intrigued me and, with my allergies, machine washable was a must.
As you can see from the description, the website says it is machine washable. When I received the comforter the package said it was machine washable and to see the stitched in tag for details.
The stitched in tag said it was dry clean.
Since I was unwilling to risk ruining it in the wash and being stuck with it, back to the store it went (where customer service couldn't have been more pleasant, by the way).
It's a shame. It was a beautiful comforter. It was very light and airy. If dry cleaning it wasn't such a deal breaker for me, I probably would have kept it.
