Absolutely Indispensable!
Both my sister and I have had this with our children and would never consider another--both for the price and the sturdiness. Always make sure to get the AC (plug-in) model. This swing lasts longer and works better than anything else we've had. My 3 year old crawled into it a few times out of sibling jealousy, and there was no damage. The pop-out cushion for washing is good; I recommend maybe a thin blanket underneath that just in case of additional messes. (Everything on ours could be taken off and machine-washed; it's just a bit more arduous process). It takes about 3ft square floor area, but if you have this, you don't need all the other little bouncers and swings people have. Also the music is more pleasant than several other baby devices.
