Nice set of pans
I got these ceramic pans because they are eco-friendly. I like the color, but mine is slightly faded. I can't tell if that's how it is supposed to be or if it wasn't done properly. Anyway, it's acceptable and is on the outside, so I'll keep them. I was skeptical about the ceramic being non-stick, but so far it really is. I hope they open up the stock so you can purchase stuff separately. It would be nice to add a few other matching pieces and/or be able to get replacements in the future.

Induction Cookware
We bought this set of cookware for our Induction cooktop. These pans are fantastic, they clean up great. Everything you need for cooking from breakfast through dinner. You can't go wrong.

Denmark 10-Piece Ceremic Nonstick Aluminum Cookwar
Very pretty, I really like it. Only issue is that the white ceramic is so white that I have trouble seeing the egg white when frying eggs. I've used all the pieces to the set and nothing sticks to the pans. Very satisified.

I love my new cookware set
I love my new copper cookware set. Not only does it look very clean and contemporary but it cooks very evenly. Even though the lid and handles are metal, heat is relatively dispursed so that you can handle them without the aid of pot holders as long as they have not been at high heat for a very long time. They are very easy to clean as well. I will say that I can tend to be a lazy cook and am not fond of not being able to just throw them in the dishwasher when I'm done but most of my finer kitchen ware requires handwashing so I deal. :-)
