Love this dinnerware!
I've owned older Corelle dinnerware with those green and gold flowers. Yuck! The new Corelle dinnerware does not compare! I love the contemporary design and shape of the plates! The size of the bowls is great! I love the mugs! We use these for everyday and are perfect for microwave and dishwasher use! I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase!

surprisingly wonderful
In the past I never would have even considered buying Corelle dishes because I thought they were cheap and because the styles were, to my eye, not at all attractive. Last year though, this pattern caught my eye. It was so modern and my favorite colors of black and white. Between the square shape and very modern design I decided to try them. They are fabulous. They are very lightweight and it's very difficult to break or chip one. I can fit twice as many dishes in my dishwasher. Both plates as well as tthe soup bowl and mugs are nice and big, which for me was a huge plus.. They wash beautifully and I have much more space in my cabinet as well as the dishwasher..
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think they are expensive for Corelle dishes. At your store it would cost $320.00 for service for 12. Perhaps if they had matching serving pieces I wouldn't feel as bad about the price. It would be great to have a truly COMPLETE set of dishes. Having matching serving pieces would make this set complete and I could use them for company as well as for everyday.

We were very happy with our purchase. We bought them for a Christmas gift so they haven't been used yet.

Sturdy and reliable!
We received these as a shower gift a year ago and they have been dropped, microwaved, and used daily (washed in the dishwasher) and they still look as great as the day we opened them. They are lightweight and do not take up a ton of cupboard space. Just like my parents and grandparents, I know we will have our Corelle dishes for several years of our marriage!
