Horrible. Like everyone has said, this rack is hard to keep the hooks in, and prevents my door from being able to close. Absolutely awful.
Also, each space on the rack is only capable of holding one of my shoes. So instead of holding 26 pairs of shoes, mine would only hold 13.
Needless to say, this is going back asap. I'll be staying away from all over the door racks from now on based on this experience.

Not good
I bought this product today to store my shoes. Guess I should have read the reviews here first. It was difficult to keep the hooks in there (I had to resort to super glue) and when I finally did get them in there, I found my closet door wouldn't close when it hung over.
Also, the pockets are not large enough to hold a pair of high heels (as the picture of the front would suggest).

For a thick door
This product looks nice and hangs well, without jutting out too much. Unfortunately, the over-the-door-hooks are made for a much thicker door. I think my doors are pretty standard so I'm not sure what kind of doors these hooks were made for. Since I am not keeping this item, I can't speak for it's long-term durability, but it seems like a decent product if you have the right door.

Hooks don't allow door to close
I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because I was so disappointed with this product. It looked to be the idea solution to covenient shoe storage, except the HOOKS WERE TOO BIG AND DID NOT ALLOW MY BEDROOM DOOR TO SHUT. Based on other reviews, I see that I wasn't the only one with this problem. Who designs a storage product for your door that doesn't allow the door to close?
