Cuisinart® 3.5 Quart Programmable Slow Cooker
This is a Christmas gift. I have the identical appliance and like it, because you do not have to be cooking for an army to enjoy it.

Glad I upgraded!
The unit is light enough to maneuver out of the cabinets and wash without dropping it. The included recipe and instruction booklet was informative and even had tips that I wasn't aware of. The multiple settings and timer are exactly what I've been searching for for years.
So for so great!

Cuisinart 3.5 Quart Programmable Slow Cooker
Great product. So far works well. Just the right size for 2 people and you may have some leftovers. Just wish I didn't have to get down to the counter level to read the programmable screen.

Handle would not stay on lid.
The handle kept coming off lid and could not be attached securely. Cuisinart customer service is so poor they said if I no longer had proof of purchase I could purchase a new lid for $25 plus shipping.

Love my new slow cooker!
The removeable pot makes it so easy for cleaning. The temperature controls are just what I wanted. I have a 6 quart but wanted another one for smaller recipes. Great!!

Average once a week use for over one year.
I live at a high altitude (6700 ft). Not sure if that makes a difference. Every other crockpot I have owned cooks at too high of a temperature. I use the low temp a lot, but I love the simmer feature! I use this constantly and have had no problems. It is the perfect size for regular meals for a family of four or five. Using it today, in fact. I would highly recommend it.

Use it all the time!
I’ve owned my Cuisinart Model PSC-350 slow cooker for almost a year and found it to be the perfect size for a small family. I also have a 6 qt slow cooker, but only use it for larger gatherings. I’m surprised by the comments by users who say it doesn’t heat well. Obviously, these may be “lemons”, as mine heats well. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase.

Disappointing - I Returned for a Refund
I use my two slow cookers often to make meals while I am out of the house. Both the new Crock Pot 6.5 quart and the older 6.0 quart Crock Pot are equipped with timers which turns off the cooking cycle and the "keep warm" features which keeps food warm after cooking for several hours if I have to work late or get stuck in rush-hour traffic.
I was looking for a smaller slow cooker to prepare small dishes. This Cuisinart 3.5 quart is one of the few smaller slow cookers with the timer and keep warm features, which are important if you are out of the house.
The problem is that this Cuisinart does not seem to get hot enough to do the job. By co-incidence, I spoke with someone at a store who said she had the same model and had the same problem.
I was not happy with this project, especially compared to my excellent 6.5 new Crock-Pot brand, which does everything well. I do not often return merchandise but I am really unhappy with the performance of this product. I took it back to Bed Bath for a refund. (This is an advantage of buying at Bed Bath rather than Amazon, there are no shipping charges to return an item. In addition, you can use your 20% off coupon.) I am looking for another small 3.5 quart with the timer and keep -warm features.
