Pretty Poor
My problem with this coffeemaker is the Thermal Carafe does not keep the coffee hot. There is no exteral heating element to warm the decanter. The coffeepot makes good lukewarm coffee. I like hot steaming coffee in the morning and this coffeemaker is not for me!! I cannot recommend this!

Would not buy again
I read the reviews and thought I would give this a try. I used it for 2 months and took it back to the store. The coffee was never hot enough even right after brewing.. I did the fill with hot water first to warm up the pot but within an hour the coffee was luke warm. The grider did need to be cleaned after every use. You could not even "try" to make another pot of coffee with out cleaning it, If you did it would not grind all the beans the second time. The coffee pot would over flow as well at times. This would happen even after cleaning the whole thing and I have no idea why. After the 3rd time it went back to the store. BBB is the best as well for returns. The people at the Mequon store were so nice and helped with a replacement as well.

I'd buy again
I find the obvious Love-Hate relationship with this coffee maker interesting. Some have had problems with the electronics, that is understandable. But I believe the rest of the complaints boil down to those who want a no-hassle cup of ok tasting joe in the morning. This is a Grind & Brew machine folks, it will require cleaning after each use, the carbon filter does need to be replaced, it needs care. I experienced the flow-over issue, but it was solved with a good cleaning. It left a couple cups of water in the tank, solved by replacing the filter. To me the flavor of fresh ground European style coffee is worth the little extra work this machine requires. I'd buy again.
