Simply Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle
The surface ruins this otherwise well-made pan. After about six uses, you'll quickly find that it is impossible to clean thoroughly! It's going back.

Worst piece of cookware ever
Everything stuck to the ceramic surface, I had a bad time using and cleaning it. It took me about 10 to 12 uses to decide it Simply does not work.
I have had other Calphalon products, I believe they make really nice products, and I still have have a high steam for the brand but this Square Griddle sucks.
I have this other pan which is excellent:

Griddle is the best I have ever bought
I don't usually bother to write reviews, but this griddle is excellent. Eggs and pancakes slide right off. Nothing sticks. I even think the food tastes better. After use it hardly needs cleaned. One rinse and everything is clean. We use a griddle every weekend. This is about the 5th one we have bought and it is certainly the best. I would recommend it.

Great Pan for bacon and eggs
We regularly eat bacon and eggs for breakfast and our last Calphalon skillet had finally worn our after more than 3 years of constant use. We purchased this pan and have loved it ever since. It is wide enough that you don't have to cut the bacon to get it all to cook uniformly and the non-stick makes eggs a breeze to get perfect every time. We would definitely recommend this pan to anyone needing a good nonstick skillet.

Everything sticks and stains
Bought this griddle because i wanted to use a safer material than non-stick. I was excited but after a couple of uses I was very dissapointed. Pancakes stuck to the ceramic surface, leaving a black residue that would leave a stain after washing it. Even tortillas would make the griddle stain. I took it back and bought something else.

I have only used this pan once but I replaced a top of the line pan with it. I make pancakes with fresh blueberries and on my other pan the burned on blueberries were very difficult to clean off. Also the other pan had many light scratches on it from trying to clean the burned on butter and blueberries which never came completely off. I decided to give this pan a try and it cleaned easily with no hard rubbing. The blueberries did not stick at all and the burned on butter came right off. The pan still looks like new. I read the other negative review and can't understand it. Maybe it was the non stick cooking spray which is not recommended on nonstick cookware anyway.

Not like my other ceramic ware.
I just returned the two I bought a few weeks ago. I needed them for making pancakes while camping for easy cleanup. First of all I noticed the center of the pan is higher so the mix ran to the edges. I used non stick spray and after making about 10 pancakes and went to clean up, the brown would not clean off. Not even with a non scratch blue pad. I was so disappointed, but did return them today with no questions asked. I think I asked myself more questions like I did something wrong. The heat was not too high. I cook quite a lot, with cast iron and ceramic. These are really not a good product.
