Actually lasted a few years
I have been really happy with this pillow. It was definitely firm enough, and it lasted a few years. Most pillows are too flat in my opinion, but I liked this one. I'm still on the lookout for an even cozier one.

Pain in the Neck
Bought this for the boyfriend. Yes, he had actually fondled it in a store, but it is toooo firm for him. Ok, he didn't like my feather pillows, so I guess he is just picky.

doesn't last
In the early months, this is a great extra firm pillow, but it doesn't last. I am on my third set of these pillows in as many years, so much for the touted 5 yr warranty! Now, certainly I didn't really expect the pillow to last 5 years and still be extra firm, but I am barely getting a year out of them. Pretty disappointing.

Poor description low quality
They say these are extra firm but in a down economy, the company is trying to cut costs by having less filling in the pillow. At best this is a firm pill, if even that. It is very disappointing because I used to be a very consumer of this product.
