Great purchase
I bought several of these valances for my kitchen windows and the sliding door out to the lanai. They are beautiful and totally changed the look of my kitchen. The colors are just like the picture. The only problem I could see was that some of them had a really large ruffle over the rod pocket and some were normal. I just sat down to the sewing machine and ran another line of stitching across to make them all the same. I could have taken them back to exchange, but opted to fix them myself.

It goes in my kitchen and I kept them but the colors are nothing like whats shown.

up to date print
I bought seven of these valances They were purchased because of their color scheme to work in my newly painted kitchen. Having both yellow/gold and shades of plum/purple with the nice green palm or fern print made them perfect. The only thing I found was that the deep ruffle at the top is heavy and floppy. I used spray startch on all of them but they really need to be dipped in old fashion Niagara Starch and hung to dry and then pressed. I will do that when my home renovations are complete.
