Fisher-Price® Aquarium Bath Center
gift requested on registry
The Fisher-Price Aquarium Bath Center was a baby shower gift for a soon to be mother. Giving the Aquarium Bath Center as a shower gift was a 1st choice knowing how my 6 month old Grandson loves bathtime in his Fisher-Price Aquarium Bath Center.

Big Boy Bath Time is a hit in this tub!
Assembling this tub was very quick and easy. The sling is a great idea, however when I purchased the tub, my little guy was too big. Just a side note - don't install the "butt-stopper" when using the sling, otherwise it'll be uncomfortable, just like previous reviewers said.
My boy is big enough to hold his head up but sometimes tends to slouch to one side, so the "butt-stopper" will stay for a little while longer. If you have a boy, you do need to be careful with placing his private parts on the stopper, but it does a great job holding him at the right depth in the water for his age.
I sit this tub in my regular bath tub that way I can fill the tub up and not fear water being splashed over the counter or floor.
I really do believe my son loves big boy bath time as much as he does because he is comfortable, secure, and safe in this tub.

Tub Great for Every Stage
I love this tub! It was so great when my baby was a newborn. The sling was perfect to give him a bath. He actually sat in the sling until he was a few months old and could sit up by himself. There is a temperature gauge on the inside of the tub that makes it easy to tell if the water is too hot or too cold. Then once we figured out how to balance him on the insert when he could sit up, he loved it. Now, my one year old sits in this tub like a big boy and loves it. He loves the toys that came with it and still plays with them. We tried just putting him in the bathtub but he still slipped everywhere. I will use this for as long as he is comfortable in it. I am so happy we registered for this tub when I was pregnant. It really eased my fears of bath time as a first time mom.

OK but not great bath product
I used this for my newborn and found he slipped down onto the formed crotch part too easily, and it squished his genitals. I would move him back up constantly, but a wet soapy baby is not easy to keep in one place.
Now that he is bigger and can almost sit up I let him sit on the wide end. So I use it, and it's fine, but nothing to go out of your way for.

This tub is wonderful for both infant and once baby gets older. The sling is wonderful because it is removable and machine washable.

This tub was perfect for our baby. She stayed in the sling for longer than recommended and there was no problem - she fit perfectly up until she was able to sit on her own. And the bump at the bottom of the tub helped her balance once she was sitting. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great for my little peanut!
Loved this product, but my child was 6.5lbs. I loved the infant sling and we were able to use it for a while, however it only goes up to 10lbs.... So if you have a big baby paying to have the sling feature is a waste of money because once its out it's a very simple tub. The tub without the sling is plain and boring but very functional. I recommend if you have smaller babies, but if you have bigger babies, go for a cheaper basic tub without the sling!

Love this tub!
This tub was perfect for our daughter! We were TERRIFIED of giving her a bath at first but this tub made it super easy. The sling was great for when she was newborn. Once the sling was removed then there is a little "bum stopping" bar to insert that kept her from sliding when she was too big for the sling but not quite sitting up on her own yet. The one thing I love the most about this tub is the fact that the temperature gage seemed to always be right on target. We have tried rubber duckies with temperature gages and they seem to typically be very inaccurate, but the temperature gage on this tub is very accurate and trustworthy. I would recommend this tub for sure!
