Great for cereal/cold items
This is my go to cereal "bowl" - especially for larger volume cereals like Cheerios. It is shaped well and holds quite a bit without being too heavy.
I'd purchased with the intention to also use for soups and other hot foods but the cup is so beautifully light and thin that it conducted more heat than I expected, and I haven't used it for heated foods since. There *is* a handle, so there's no reason why it can't be used for hot foods - it performs well in the microwave.
It cleans up really well in the dishwasher and by hand, and seems pretty durable as well. I can't wait until we have space to hang it under our cabinets! Right now we have two, stacked in the cabinet when not in use for the start to our day. It's a great piece, and would probably be great for fruit salad and other large volume foods.
