Loved them
I've had these for years and I've had no problems with them. Would love for them to come in a shorter length as well!!

Does not fit clothespole
This bag has only one small size, and for many closets it will not fit. The rod size has to be around and inch or just over. I'm not sure if many rods are that small, mine is about an inch and a half.
The material quality is very very low.
I ordered two of them, one came with the white internal seal disks used in mounting it, the other was missing them.
Also, the zipper tabs fall right off on one pull.
They should discontinue this product, it is bad. If Richards decides to do a better design it's a good idea, but at this quality level, certainly not.

a good thing
these storage bags are great, although the zipper pull did come off. it was easily reattached.
