Amazing!
These knives are well balanced and light, they feel great and are extremely sharp. I've had this set for about 2 years and they look brand new. They do require a bit of extra care ( as with any high quality knive) because of the high carbon in the blade- hand washing and drying after use is recommended to avoid stains and rusting. I use my knives nearly everyday and use a wet stone to sharpen them once a year.

Professional knives
These knives are well balanced, very sharp, high quality knives. They fit in my hand perfectly and very light weight so my hand would not get tired from chopping. I heard there are fakes in the market so you should always buy from the authorized dealer such as BB&B. Also I would not put these fine knives in the dishwasher.

Satisfied
These knives must be properly maintained and cleaned to last. They are not made to be washed in the dishwasher or be left wet in a dryer rack. That said, I have owned my set for about a year. They're perfectly balanced, and still as sharp and beautiful as the day I bought them. Definitely a good investment

Very poor quality
Within two months of purchasing this knife set, the blades had rust marks and chips as well as rust spots on the blade. It is not because of the care of the knives. I have other knives that are in great shape after 15 years of use. I insist on only using cutting boards and hand washing and drying the knives after use. Really a poor brand of knives.
