Beautiful
These dishes are beautiful. I have had three sets for the past 4 years and just recently replaced broken settings. The breaking was due to rough use by teenage boys not being delicate. These dishes hold up well in the dishwasher, microwave and under everyday use do not be afraid to purchase them. I love them!

Replacement pieces
I received two of these sets for a wedding gift 5 years ago. In the meantime I've broken a few dinner and salad plates. Mikasa offers the option of ordering by the piece but it was more cost effective to buy another set. I'm grateful that they still keep the design because I love it. It's simple and beautiful

Very nice
These are beautiful and durable. We've had them over a year and have only broken one and chipped one, both my fault. I'm really surprised there haven't been more chips. My only complaint is that, though microwave safe, they get extremely hot it in the microwave. Good deal for the money.

wonderful
these dishes are even more lovely in real life than in the web images
they are durable-- any other dish would have chipped by now but these hold up
i love that they are dishwashable and microwaveable, yet still look good enough for special occasions
