The waterproof barrier protects your valuable mattress from spills and accidents, yet it does not sacrifice comfort. Top fabric is 100% cotton and bottom is 100% vinyl. Skirt and fill are 100% polyester. Fits mattresses up to 15" deep. Twin measures 38" x 75", Twin extra long measures 39" x 80", Full measures 53" x 75", Queen measures 60" x 80", King measures 78" x 80" and California King measures 72 x 84. Machine washable. From the online ad: “Soft and silent protection best describes this…” and “ No more crunchy vinyl noises as you move or sleep.” This is not the case at all. It’s a normal mattress pad with a typical sheet of vinyl as the final layer. The description leads one to think it uses a quiet vinyl fabric. If the noise from an average vinyl mattress protector does not bother you, this is a good value.
