Helen's Asian Kitchen Dumpling Press
With this dumpling press you simply place a round dough wrapper on the open press, add your favorite filling, moisten the edges of the wrapper and then press firmly to close and seal. Handy for making not only dumplings, but potstickers, gyoza, empanadas, perogies, raviolis, turnovers, wontons and so much more. Made of polyethylene plastic, press measures 4" in diameter.

So glad to get this in the mail, hate it was not available in the local store. Potstickers made and eaten!!! YUM!!!
