Dish has great features
I'm very pleased with the Ultima + vegetable dishes I purchased. Love the luster of the bone china, plus the fact that it's rated as being extra chip resistant ( a good thing when you've got a granite prep area in your kitchen!) I use the dishes as pasta bowls and they are the perfect size, plus, as they are rimmed, they are extra easy to carry.

Ultima + super strong fine china is excellent!
Have you ever heard of Ultima Plus super strong fine china? This Antique White pattern is beautiful fine china that can hold up to the rigors of the dishwasher and microwave and children. The Antique White doesn't have any metallic coating so it can go into the microwave and dishwasher. It's super strong too. I've already bashed some plates together in the dishwasher and nothing happened to the plates. It's chip resistent. This is perfect for everyday use and entertaining guests in a more formal atmosphere. I love the scallops on the Antique White pattern. It gives my table flare. It's very elegant. My fine china has arrived unscathed and it was packed extremely well by Mikasa. I have ordered the 45 piece Antique White set plus 2 extra vegetable bowls and a butter dish so far. Nothing is broken or chipped from shipping. This is wonderful, gorgeous, super strong fine china, it's not stoneware and is chip resistent.
