Household Essentials™ 5-Line Retractable Clothes Dryer
Handy Product With One Huge Design Fault
Anyone who orders this retractable dryer had better be willing to correct the very poorly designed and manufactured "handle" on this extendable clothes line. In order to end up with five equally taut lines, one must untie all the loose lines in the handle (no mean feat!), then shorten each one by pulling on it just enough so that the lines match each other in tautness. Each line must then be re-tied outside of the handle and cut near the knot. This operation must be done with the retractable dryer already mounted and attached to the walls at both the aluminum case side and at the handle side ends. Equalizing the tautness of the five lines should have been done at the factory. I'm a rocket scientist but it still took me an hour to figure out, then remedy, this huge design problem. Forewarned is forearmed.

This is a lifesaver!
When I had my daughter, we couldn't afford the disposable diapers so we had to use cloth diapers. My husband was driving a taxi at the time and he often came home with no money, or just a few dollars. We literally couldn't afford to use the dryer in the apartment laundry building. I bought this and hung it up in the bedroom of our tiny apartment. What a lifesaver it was! You use about 20 cloth diapers a day plus rubber pants and it adds up quickly! I'd wash them in hot water at the laundry and then bring them back and hung them in our room. It was awesome. It worked perfectly, the lines were taut and they held all of the diapers and baby clothes I hung on it. When finished with it, I could leave it up or close it. Very, Very handy.

The lines are not tight they hand loose and it's a complete waste of money… Returned one hoping it was just a mistake; the next one came in and still hangs low. Image is a false representation.
