These window treatments are constructed from Thermal Tec™, a triple weave fabric that provides energy saving insulation, room darkening and noise reducing qualities, making your home a comfortable, more peaceful environment. The stylish and attractive panel and valance give your decor a designer look while saving you heating and cooling costs, blocking out light to prevent furniture and upholstery from fading, and reducing outside noise. 100% polyester. Panels are sold individually and measure 54" W. The valance is sold separately and measures 54" W x 15" L. Both fit up to a 2" diameter rod. Panel is machine wash, valance is spot clean only. Imported.

Love These Valances!
I bought two of these valances for my bathroom and liked them so much I bought four more for my bedroom. The fabric is high quality and they hang beautifully.
