Solid sugar maple board with mineral oil finish is perfect for a picnic, cheese tasting, and any other delicious occasion. Features a juice groove on one side to helps retain juices and spills. Update to Previous Review
My 1 star rating has changed to a 4 star rating thanks to the quality of the Customer Service department at JK Adams. I contacted them in reference to the cutting board splitting. A real person responded to my email! They were sincerely apologetic about what happened, assured me that this was not a common occurance and are sending me a new board. If the replacement board holds up, the review will be 5 stars! Because of their attentiveness, without a doubt, when my larger cutting boards need to be replaced, it will be with another JK Adams!

Poor Quality - Split in 2 places
I have used JK Adams cutting boards for 17 years without a complaint. When my small board finally became firewood, I didn't hesitate to purchase JK Adams again, thinking it would last another 17 years! BB & B had the best price, so I placed my order. It arrived quickly. The board got daily use, and in less than a week, the wood at the end opposite the handle started to split. Rather than one piece of solid wood, this board is made of slats glued together - not a great idea/design. It's going back to the store!
