Some Design Flaws
Has some features I was looking for, but also has some problems. I like the fact that you can remove the water reservoir and it is clear. I like the slow brew button for 3 to 5 cups, but there's no water indicator line for 3 to 5 cups either on the glass carafe or on the water reservoir itself. There's a one cup water disparity between the carafe and water reservoir. I had the coffee maker for two months and the coffee filter door broke. It's a spring load, push button door that swings to the side. When opening and closing it, the carafe needs to be removed, I'm sure there are better designs out there at the same price point. BBB has excellent customer service!

Great coffee maker
I have only had this coffee maker for a month but it is working great. Coffee is hot, strong and ready when I get up in the morning thanks to the programming. I also love the removable water reservoir, which is a feature that is hard to find.

Love this item!
I have been wanting a 10 cup coffee maker, and had not been able to find one. Then I saw this online. I knew it would be easy to return if it wasn't what I expected.
The size is perfect with a small footprint. The carafe is the best I have ever had, no dripping or leaking whatsoever. It has every feature I wanted, including programmability, pause and pour and auto off. If it had a stainless steel finish, it would have been perfect, but I wasn't willing to pay the very significant price difference for that. This suits me just fine. Oh, and the coffee is great!
