Incredibly Tasty and Simple
This is seriously the best and easiest way to make hot cocoa. Milk Chocolate is better than the Dark Chocolate and more like you would make at home. Also a great diversity for friends/family/kids who don't drink coffee.

Didn't taste right and I noticed if i let it sit and cool down for a while, there was a sort of oily sheen to the top of my hot chocolate. So I took some advice and made sure to shake the cup really good before brewing, still tasted like chocolate water to me. I add a few chocolate chips to mine, then it's pretty good.

Very Good Chocolate
If you like hot cocoa, I think you will like Keurig's Hot Cocoa. I hate to see Bed, Bath & Beyond quit selling it.

Shake it up!
I had already submitted one review before reading the other reviews & I realized that people are not shaking up the K-cup before putting it in the brewer. If you shake it good, you'll get the best flavor from any of the K-cups.
