It's short on delivery
Basically I like the tea, but with Tassimo it's Hobson's choice. You get two-thirds of a cup which is my real complaint. I did talk to your rep. some months ago and he very kindly sent me a couple of free packs. I thought that this might prompt you to change the bar-code to increase the quantity dispensed. But this hasn't happened so I have to wait for 'Automatic' to finish and then press the button on Manual. I drink my tea black but I still think two-thirds of a cup is a bit of a swick!

Better than a tea bag
The brew process gives the tea a fuller flavor than boiling water and a tea bag.
