This easy-to-install crib rail cover has a unique, chewy texture that is perfect for teething babies while protecting their gums. The non-toxic, non-vinyl rail cover contains no phthalates and keeps baby's mouth off of the actual rail. One-piece cover measures 51" long and 6 3/4" W, installs with double-sided tape and stays securely in place. Cover can be trimmed length-wise to fit as needed. Includes one crib rail cover.

Great idea, but fell short of expectations!!!
Loved this item when we first bought it. It was very easy to install and it worked great for deterring our little princess from gnawing on her crib rail. HOWEVER, when it came time to remove it, I lost the love for this item. I followed the directions exactly and took great care to heat the area thoroughly before slowly lifting it. Everything was working fine at first, but then, as we got to the middle of the rail, the gummi cover was pulling the finish off of the wood of the furniture. Our crib is not a cheap product either; it is solid Cherry wood in a Chocolate finish. When it first started to pull off, we thought maybe we were the problem, so we slowed down even more and concentrated the heat even more on the area before attempting to lift, but this didn't help either. By the time we were done, this product had made a terrible mess of the rail of the crib and the disappointing part is that our crib converts into a full side bed and this destroyed piece becomes the footboard. Not sure what we will be able to do about fixing it.
