poorly made
The pieces fit poorly so the easel was unstable. There were screws missing as well. It was hard to assemble and even worse to take apart a package up to return.

Poor craftsmanship
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my children. I assumed for the price I was paying, I would get a quality product. Much to my dismay, when we assembled the product on Christmas day, we discovered that the glue used to seal seams had oozed out onto the boards and was not wiped off. The lower shelf had a pre drilled hole in the entirely wrong side. The shelf rocks back and forth due to not having a screw on one corner due to lack of pre drilled hole. We called the customer service number but of course they were not open on Christmas.

Great value and quality!
I just ordered this for my 5 1/2 year old for Christmas. BBB had by far the best deal for this item after I shopped the internet. It originally arrived damaged but BBB took it back, no questions asked, and ordered me a new one. This item is great and she will love it. I also learned if you order online in-store, you may use your 20% off coupon! An even better deal! This store for me, always has such great quality, and customer service is always a pleasure. That's not always the case these days...love it!
