Worst product ever
Outside was extremely hot. More awful was that the handle was super hot. Waffle had deep holes so,that butter and syrup dribbled thru to the plate. Am returning this item.

Terrible Product
This waffle maker is a joke! I actually have to turn the waffle over after the bottom side cooks in order to fully cook the waffle. I have tried leaving it in longer but that doesn't help - the top side never cooks or browns if I don't flip it over. I expected more from this brand and am extremely disappointed in this product.

Nice big waffles
My husband and I received this waffle maker as a wedding present. I've been making waffles a couple of times a week since our wedding (my stepson loves them). The waffle maker takes a while to warm up, but cooks evenly. It's a bit tricky figuring out how much batter to pour in each plate without it spilling over the sides. So far, a bit more than 1/2 cup in each plate seems to work the best.
When the waffle batter does spill over, though, it's a pain to clean, as there are little nooks and crannies in the waffle maker that are impossible to clean. But I love that it can be stored upright.

Makes Wonderful Crispy Waffles
i Love this waffle iron. The waffles come out nice and crispy - just like I like them. bake for 2 1/2 minutes, and just pour the batter in the center of the iron so it doesn't run out the sides.
