I am a mom of 8, and these are fantastic! I used these when my 2 year old was an infant, and I am currently using them again with my 2 month old. They work fabulously, and are especially great to have at night when you don't want to wear a bra but need your nursing pads to stay in place. They are also great because they don't show through your clothing, like disposable ones tend to do. I would recommend these to anyone! As long as you take good care of them, they last a really long time. Until recently, I was actually using the same pair I used and then stored from when my 2 year old was a baby. I used them for a little over a year then, and have been using them the last couple months, until they finally lost their stickiness. I will be going to buy another pair. It is so great to be able to buy I set of nursing pads, and be able to use them for the entire length of nursing. My only wish is that they had existed back when I had my much older kids. They are wonderful!

I would NEVER recommend these!!! They leak and are not that effective. I used them a few times to give them another chance and was still dissatisfied. I had to change bras and shirts because of them leaking and their customer service representatives are no help at all when you call them for advice. I hate the product.

Freedom from the Flow
These are a lifesaver! The only product that applies constant pressure to the nipple without having to wear a bra...or you can wear a more comfortable, looser sleeping bra. I wore them mostly at night. Also, LilyPadz made it possible for me to get a much needed massage without leaking all over the massage table! They lose their stickiness after awhile even if you clean them regularly, but they are well worth the cost of replacing.

Good Once Nips are Toughed Up
These are less bulky and give a smooth edge so that they cannot be seen under clothing, which I is a definite plus. The problem is that they are sticky to adhere and it can hurt a sore nipple when they are removed. I have used washable pads more than these, but I think I will use these when I got back to work. They are definitely a better option than disposables, which are a waste of money and bad for the environment too.

these are a must have!
if you are breastfeeding and using disposable nursing pads you are wasting money! these are so great, they stay in place, and prevent leaking. If you take good care of them then they will last long, the lily wash is made for them works great. I wish i had used them with my first daughter, i wasted a ton on the disposable ones the 1st time around
