Not a Mattress Makeover
I was initially very excited as I pulled this item out of it's packaging, because I could tell right away the top of this mattress pad was nice and thick and would give my mattress the extra bit of cushioning that I was looking for. Unfortunately, when I got to putting it on the fourth and last corner of my mattress, because there was a little more stress on it at this point, my fingers easily went right through the quilted side wall material!
Being that I absolutely detest having to return things that I have purchased, I quickly regrouped, grabbed another section of the corner that wasn't ripped and thought I would try pulling it back down over even with a hole already ripped in it. Again, another huge rip on another one of the many seams sewn into the side panel. Now it is beyond making due. Forced to return immediately and was sure to explain the "substandard" quality to the manager as I've never had this problem with anything from Bed Bath and Beyond before.
