Medela® 5-Ounce Breastmilk Bottle (Set of 3)
I like these because I can mix the formula with a sealed cap and then put the nipple on. They are not too big, easy to hold and I have found them not to leak.

Great for storage, not for travel
I loved the Medela brand storage bottles that came with my pump (which are just like these minus the nipple and clear cap), so I wanted to buy the actual bottles to use for feeding so that I would have a more streamlined feeding system.
The very first thing that I noticed is that the cap doesn't touch the nipple at all, so if the bottle somehow gets knocked over sideways in the diaper bag, the milk WILL leak out of the nipple, and quite quickly I might add.
Even though these nipples are labeled "slow flow" they are not. I had used the Playtex drop in bottles before these, and in a test to see the speed of the flow in each bottle, the Medela nipple almost poured milk, while the Playtex bottle had slow drops. Being a breastfeeding mother, this was extremely important to me. If baby is getting milk more quickly and easily from the bottle, she will eventually start to prefer the bottle since they don't have to work as hard to get what they want. Babies tend to be lazy boogers ;)
The last negative thing I will say is that the nipples aren't designed in a way to release air when baby is sucking, so if you don't have the lid screwed on precisely (Not too tight, not too loose), the nipple will collapse every few minutes.

As another reviewer stated, these bottles are not made for feeding because the nipple collapses VERY easily. The only reason I kept them was to store breastmilk that i pumped using my medela pump.

Works well with the Medela breastpump
My daughter always drank very well from these bottles. Another reviewer is right, if the nipples are screwed on too tight you have a problem with collapsing. Loosen it up just a tad. I haven't had problems with the nipples wearing out. I always replaced them after a few months or so but you should anyways.
A lactation consultant told me that I needed to use a wider nipple bottle to get my daughter to latch on better. She recommended the Avent bottles. We have both and the Medela is almost the same size and my daughter did better with the latter and latched on just fine once her thrush cleared up.
I love how the bottles attach to the breast pump and there are not many pieces and parts to wash like other bottles. I am pregnant with my second baby and will use them after the baby is born.

GREAT BOTTLES AND STORAGE!!!
I have used these bottles for all three of my children and will use with the one on the way. They are fantastic!! And you can pump right into the bottle and use it for on the go when you are out and about. As far as the the negative comments on the collapsing nipple. That would be error use on the owner... I did the same thing. The only reason the nipple collapses is if you tighten it to tight. Loosen it up a little to let the air flow and its good to go. No leaks and no collapse nipple. They are wonderful! I have tried every bottle under the sun! If you pump and use a Medela Pump you def need to give these a try!!! And they have the least amount of parts!!!

works for us
I guess with every baby product you have to see what works best for your child but we like the Medela bottle system. Not only is it convenient to not have to buy the conversion kits (even though they are cheap) the infant slow-flow nipple works best for our 5-week old daughter. We also have the Avent bottle system with slow-flow nipples but have less choking, leaking, etc. with the Medela nippes/bottles. I've only tried these two systems so far but Medela has worked for us.

Good for storage, not for feeding
These bottles are convenient because they attach right to the pump and they are really easy to clean, but they are terrible for feeding. The nipple constantly collapses. I have to take the bottle out of my baby's mouth at least 3-4 times to let the nipple pop up again.

Decent bottles, terrible nipples
the bottles are good because they screw right onto the medela breast pump but they get scratched up fast. The nipples are terrible. They wear out after 3-4 uses and flow so fast that they choked my baby. Would not recommend.
