Medela® Disposable Bra Pads (Set of 30)
Thin but uncomfortable
These are terribly scratchy breast pads. They're especially uncomfortable in the first few weeks when your nipples get a bit sore. I used them along with cloth pads (I always leaked through the cloth so I needed backup) but did not buy them again.

Not the best
They are thin, but they are itchy and the adhesive is not the best so they shift easily.

I purchased these and I was given another brand. The only good thing about these are the size of them. They cover more of your breast, but there is no padding to them. When I first starting to nurse my son I needed extra padding because of being sore. These didn't cut it.

I used these with my first child, had no problems. I never remember them being itchy to me and there was no problem with them staying in place (even though there is only one small sticky tab). I bought them again for baby number two on the way

These are terrible
These bra pads are completely inferior to the lansinoh disposable bra pads. The medela bra pads don't stick to your bra, They make noise when you move and are really just awful. I am so sad I have a whole box of them. Just buy the Lansinoh bra pads. They are great!

These nursing pads were so uncomfortable. When you breastfeed and pump alone these made my already sore nipples even worse. They were so itchy and extremely uncomfortable. Luckily, BuyBuyBaby took them back and I bought the Lansinoh Brand instead. MUCH better! But still I would recommend a reusable type that aren't made out of a papery material. Not a good combination when you are already sore.

The seeming in this pad allows for a better fit in the bra. I was concerned about the outside being pink but it hasn't been a problem.
