waste of money, return it while you can!
I bought it back in December of 2012 and the light didn't work, but I didn't really care. The blade barely cut, so I used my old electric razor to trim it a little, tried again, and still barely cut anything. That night, I emailed Idea Village about that piece of garbage (still no reply from them) and returned it the next day to Bed Bath & Beyond.

Flimsy
Very flimsy. Worked fine first two times but is trying to fall apart now and doesn't have consistent power. You do get what you pay for.

About what I expected
The trimmer is sufficient but not mad for haevy duty use. The blade will slow down and it clogs easily.

I LOVE IT! BEST THING IN THE WORLD!!!
this trimmer is the best trimmer in the world! it works soooooo good. I got it for my dad for christmas and he tried it right away (and he is hairy) it worked amazing! I got 2!! they work fantastic! it took me months to find a good one! if u have been looking alot, this is the best u will find! LOVE IT
