Love the brand!
It has just the touch of style and elegance I was looking for! Works great!

oops, drilling into tile sucks
Not a bad thing, but didn't realize this is not a compression rod. My bathroom is tiled all the way up to the ceiling so I spent the next hour drilling six holes in hard tile to install this rod. Bought some plastic tile anchors (the default kit is for drywall) and after unscrewing a whole side to fix a cover orientation, the rod was finally up. The decorative cover slides onto the rods either orientation, but only fits over the mount attached to the wall one way.
Was concerned about how "weak" it would feel or how much sag the poles might have with a heavy curtain, but I'm happy to report the rod is quite secure. It really opens up the shower space without intruding into the bathroom space.

Other reviewers accurately report hassles with poor hardware. Looks great and provides extra elbow room once it's finally installed; however, the rods rust! Mine has been in for two years and already needs to be replaced (not a water problem--I'm on conditioned city water and don't clean with abrasives). This is disappointing, especially since I've never had a rod rust in the past. I'll get the same setup (my rods are mounted in tile and I don't want to drill new holes) and plan to spray the new rods with satin marine varnish before installation. Sigh. What happened to quality, Moen?!?

WARNING: For Small Tubs ONLY
The overall concept of this product is good, but we had two primary issues with this particular item. First, the instructions while straight forward, do not provide measurements to assist you in determining the placement relative to the tub (i.e. how far forward or back should it be mounted above the edge of tub). Second, we realized (too late) that our tub is actually 65" and this particular model only stretches to 60". So, our lesson: triple check your measurements before buying this.

Good looking rods
My husband and I put these rods up in app 30 min. We did forget you need to put it all together before screwing into wall. That allows wiggle room to get the other half of the rods into the half you put up first.
The nickle finish is very attractive.

This is probably the most practical new addition to my bathroom. What a difference a few inches makes!!

Not as expected. Major hassle!
I expected better quality for the price. I wish I would have read the reviews on here first because they are absolutely right. The hardware included is complete junk. The anchors didn't expand in the wall and the screws slid right in and out. I was going to take it back, but I suppose I will try purchasing new anchors like the other reviewers have stated. The rod itself is nice, but the hassle of installing it is not worth the trouble. The templates that you are supposed to cut out are on the back of the instructions. So once you've cut out the templates, you can't read the instructions any more. The whole thing seems poorly designed in my opinion.

This was actually fairly easy to install. Having a second pair of hands is a must. The only complaint is that the tops kept popping off on the molly bolts (a couple did not compress at all). A quick trip to the big box store though, was an easy solution. The template was very helpful. Once up, it looks good and and with hookless shower curtains, it slides easy. The outside rail is perfect for hanging a towel while in the shower.
