My set of Colorwave White in the coupe shape is a classic design modernized with the different textures of matte and high gloss. They are beautiful in their simplicity and will be timeless dining pieces that can be used for formal or casual dining. The weight and shape of the dishes are excellent and feel like a quality piece of stoneware.

Beautiful, Classy Dishes
My hubby and I did not want to register for fine china AND everyday dishes, so we chose these to be used as both. We love them. They are simple and clean looking, and we love the matte finish on the back with gloss finish on the front/inside. They look great with a fancy meal, and we also love using them every day. Reminds me of French Country meets Modern Simplicity.
My only (slight) disappointment is that the matte side does scuff up a tiny bit when the dishes get rubbed up against each other over time (mostly just the coffee cups). We've been using the dishes for about 7 months, and a few are just slightly scuffed up. However, I can be a bit clumsy and can also say I have smacked them into the faucet, other dishes etc. and they are very durable. Very, very happy with these dishes.
