Rust, Rust, Rust
Daddy is getting a different shower caddy for Father's Day because the good grips caddy rusted quite rapidly. Also we have the kind of shower head that can be taken down to rinse off the little one's more easily. When you try to get shampoo or conditioner out of the caddy it shakes the shower head occasionally causing it to come of its holder putting the people below at risk. It is doubtful that many others share this problem but something to think about if you have a removable shower head. We are switching to a type that hooks over the wall in the shower.

Don't bother with this one....3 months = RUSTING
I really wanted to love this caddy. I've gone through many and would be extremely loyal to a model that doesn't rust. I'm not even looking at prices at this point...I'll pay anything to not see rust after a short time in use!
I bought my Oxo Caddy in November 2009 and returned it in March of 2010....it was already rusting after only 3mths of normal use! I know the dates b/c I have the purchase and return receipts. I kept them b/c I wasn't holding my breath re the NEXT caddy I bought when I returned this one. The receipts are all clipped together. I'll review my replacement caddy under that item (SimpleHuman Adjustable Shower Caddy).

OXO Shower caddy rusts within 2 weeks!
Just like others, I have been extremely frustrated with rusty shower caddies. After reading various reviews, including the many praises people gave this OXO product, I bought one at the store. I used it for a week, then went on vacation for 2 weeks. After being home a few days, I notice the caddy is already rusting! I expected much more from OXO than this! Such major disappointment! If I could, I would give ZERO star to it. . .

14 months old and corroding
The shower caddy by OXO looks great, nice chrome finish, but after hanging in my shower for a year it is showing sign of corrosion. The metal is getting pitted and I can see orange/brown rust stains. Too bad because otherwise it holds everything and looked good when I bought it.
