Palais Royale™ Down Back/Stomach Sleeper Pillow
Soft and Comfortable for Back Sleepers
I read the negative comments surrounding this pillow and I have to say that I haven't experienced anything negative since I purchased them a month ago. As a matter of fact, I've been sleeping great which can also be contributed to the new mattress I purchased, but I have no complaints about these pillows. They are very soft and cool and I have enjoyed them very much. They compliment my new plush mattress very well.

Not enough support for me
The Palais Royal Back/Stomach Down 700 Fill provides some support but seemed to flatten out over night. Also it made a crinkle noise like it was covered in wrapping paper. It has more support than The Seasons Collection Grand Horizon Back/Stomach 650 fill, which flattens like a pancake in 30 minutes. It has far less support than the Palais Royale Luxury Batiste 800 fill which I choose to keep.

Hate this pillow!
I needed a new pillow, and decided to go with actual down instead of down alternative. I was directed toward this pillow as it was supposed to be "the best". It was the worst $100 I have ever spent!! It isn't actually made of 100% down, and whatever the liner is inside, sounds like you are sleeping on a trash bag. I have tried it a few nights now, and I wake up with the worst neck pain. Down pillows are supposed to flatten out when you lay your head on them, but because this one has filler the fluff just pushed toward the top of your head. Your head doesn't lay flat, but at an odd angle because of it. I've had $10 pillows from Wal-Mart that were 100x more comfortable than this one!!

Palais Royale not all Down Feathers
I was in need of a new down pillow last week. The sales lady directed me to the "best" 100% Down feather pillow sold by BB&B. I purchased the Palais Royale. Later at home, I compared the pillow tag label with my previously used 10 year-old 100% down pillow, and became very disappointed with my new purchase. The Palais pillow was actually made for BB&B by WestPoint Home, Inc. The label tag states "Minimum 75% White Goose Down" , NOT 100% ! This is very deceptive of BB&B to promote the pillow as 100% Down when it isn't and also charge a very large price. I could have purchased another "blended" pillow for less than 1/2 the price that I paid for the Palais pillow fraudulently advertised as 100% down.

Not a true down pillow / Horrible
This pillow is not only horrible and hard but I don't know how the manufacturer can get away with calling it a goose down pillow. I wish I would have went to the store instead of trusting the other review(s). Down pillows do not plump back up to there original size and shape after you lay and/or press down on them. You do not feel a single feather in this pillow, rather the cheap fill that plumps back after laying on it. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The pillow is going back and I'll think twice before spending $100 on a so-called goose down pillow.
