Poor Quality
I bought this because I wanted a bronze towel ring for the bathroom, and I had a coupon for this store. I was disappointed with the quality when I returned home and installed it. I have bought and installed much better towel rings in the past. For this one, there are two pieces: the bracket, which is screwed to the wall, and the ring piece itself, which slides onto the bracket. That's all- it just slides on. There are no screws or connections to stabilize the ring piece. If there is much upward force on the ring, it will slide off the bracket. That's really annoying. It was also hard to level the bracket. I should have spent more and bought from a reputable company.
