These KeepOut Strips allow you to safeguard the places where you don't want your Roomba or Scooba to go. They're specifically designed of soft black infrared absorbing strips that are battery free and uses Roomba's cliff detectors to fool Roomba into thinking it sees a step which causes it to back up and turn away. Contains four 18" long strips that you can align together or use separately. Model # 2020-1001.

complete waste of money
I have hardwood floors so I thought that the adhesive would stick pretty good. I cleaned the floor first and waited overnight to dry. The strips appeared to stick but after the first run of the roomba they started coming up. I even tried adding my own double sided tape. The roomba just ripped them back up again. I love my roomba but these were a complete waste of money.

Worthless
My Scooba tried to go right over them and got stuck. What a joke. Use things already in the room, like chairs or a trash can to block it instead.

Much Better on my second try!!
I posted previously that I did not like the strips and someone from the company contacted me. come to find out I had received strips with the old backing. They now have a new and improved backing and it works great. My strips have been stuck for a month!!
